At Kalahari Organics, we strive to ensure that your fresh chillies and seeds are delivered to you quickly and in the best possible condition. Please review our shipping policy for details on delivery times, shipping costs, and other important information.

1. Shipping Locations

We currently ship our products within South Africa and to select international destinations. If your location is outside of our shipping zones, please contact us at info@kalaharichilli.co.za to discuss possible arrangements.

2. Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1-2 business days.
  • Orders placed after 2 PM or on weekends and public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

3. Shipping Methods & Costs

We offer the following shipping options based on your location:

  • Standard Shipping (2-3 business days): R80

Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on your order size and location.

4. Delivery Times

  • Delivery times may vary depending on your location and selected shipping method.
  • While we strive to meet the estimated delivery times, external factors such as weather, postal service delays, or customs clearance for international shipments may affect delivery.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier, but we will do our best to ensure timely delivery.

5. Packaging

To ensure that your fresh chillies and seeds arrive in the best condition, we take extra care in packaging:

  • Fresh Chillies: Shipped in insulated packaging to maintain freshness during transit.
  • Seeds: Shipped in protective packaging to ensure the seeds are not damaged.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information. You can use this information to monitor the delivery status of your order. If you have not received your tracking number, please contact us.

7. Shipping Issues & Delays

If your shipment is delayed or does not arrive within the estimated delivery time, please contact us immediately at sales@kalaharichilli.co.za. We will work with the courier to resolve any issues.

8. International Shipping Considerations

  • Customs & Duties: International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and other fees, which are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Restricted Products: Some countries may restrict or prohibit the import of fresh chillies or seeds. Please check with your local customs office before placing an order.

9. Undeliverable or Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate at the time of purchase. Kalahari Chilli is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or undeliverable addresses provided by the customer. Additional shipping fees may apply to reship undeliverable orders.

10. Shipping to Rural or Remote Areas

Deliveries to rural or remote areas may take longer than standard delivery times. We will notify you if your delivery falls outside of typical service areas and provide any additional information regarding extended shipping times or costs.

11. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at info@kalahariorganics.com. We will work with the courier to investigate and either replace the item or provide a refund, as appropriate.
